In order to accommodate the expansion of business areas and the company's constant growth, more and more areas were acquired over time. GEMTEC GmbH now has three locations.

The site is located in Königs Wusterhausen, Brandenburg, just 10 km from the city limits of Berlin. Due to its close proximity to the A10 motorway junction Niederlehme, and thus to the Berlin Ring and BER airport, it is very well connected and accessible in terms of transport. The office building, which has been in use since 2016, has a large showroom and two modern conference rooms and serves as an administrative complex for the management and department heads as well as all commercial employees. All employees in the sales and customer service, project management and engineering, as well as software development and IT service departments are also located here. As a central point between the locations in the area, holistic approaches are pursued and decisions are made here. This enables customers and business partners to receive cross-needs solutions from a single source.

The property, which is within walking distance of the administration complex and was acquired in 2002 and built on several times as the company headquarters, is now only used by the steadily growing metalworking division. The three production halls house your classic metalworking shop, where manual metalworking work such as welding, turning, drilling and assembly work takes place. The adjacent production halls also house GEMTEC GmbH's machinery. Laser systems, punching machines, grinding machines and press brakes are in operation here, sometimes around the clock. Due to the short-term nature of the projects, all employees in sales, design and the commercial areas are located in the immediately adjacent office complex to ensure short communication channels. Due to its History the location remains the company's official headquarters to this day.
Zum Technologiepark 4
The newest location is located on a corner plot in the newly developed technology park in Königs Wusterhausen. The modern hall complex with its 3,000 m² offers sufficient space for the production of automation solutions as well as complex special machines and systems. The location has its own metalworking shop, where preparatory welding work for mechanical engineering takes place. Integrated into the building complex are office spaces for project management and construction. The immediate proximity to the production area enables short communication channels and quick coordination, which contribute to the constant optimization of processes.
