GEMTEC is a medium-sized company based in Königs Wusterhausen, Brandenburg. Founded in 1992, the company now employs more than 180 people who develop solutions for almost all industries in over 20 countries. On an area of 4,000 m², plants are manufactured according to individual customer requirements.

The management leads the company and develops the company's strategic direction. The management is also responsible for GEMTEC GmbH as a business unit and as an employer for around 160 people.

Jan Burschik
Jan Burschik was born in Königs Wusterhausen, Brandenburg, in 1967.
After completing his studies in the field of information technology, he found his career entry at INFORM, where he worked as an engineer in the technical consulting of digital video systems.
In 1998, he joined the company of his father Gerhard Burschik and focused on the expansion of the security technology and software development area as part of the management of GEMTEC GmbH.
Since GEMTEC's reorganization in 2019, Jan Burschik has been responsible for research and development and sales and marketing company-wide.

Nils Burschik
Nils Burschik was born in 1963 in Leisnig, Saxony.
As a trained mechanic for measurement, control and regulation technology, he brought with him ideal prerequisites for his studies in automation technology.
He gained his first professional experience as an engineer at SIEMENS in Berlin before joining his father Gerhard Burschik's company and devoting himself to expanding the metal and sheet metal processing division as part of the GEMTEC GmbH management team from 1998.
Since GEMTEC's reorganization in 2019, Nils Burschik has been responsible for finance, human resources and vehicle fleet company-wide.

Jens Krönert
Jens Krönert was born in Berlin in 1966.
He later supplemented his vocational training as an aircraft mechanic with a university degree in electrical engineering and automation.
He found his professional start as an engineer at SIEMENS in Berlin before concentrating on the development of automation solutions for industrial plants and machines as part of the management team at GEMTEC GmbH from 1998.
Since GEMTEC's reorganization in 2019, Jens Krönert has been responsible for production and controlling company-wide.

Sven Lauritsen
Sven Lauritsen was born in 1965 in Wriezen, Brandenburg.
After vocational training as a maintenance mechanic with A-levels and subsequent studies, he worked as an automation engineer for Herzau + Schmitt in Offenbach and later as a freelancer for SIEMENS in Berlin.
From 1998, he developed automation solutions for industrial plants and machines as part of the management team of GEMTEC GmbH .
Since GEMTEC's reorganization in 2019, Sven Lauritsen has been responsible for IT, ERP and quality management company-wide.
