Die cutting

Stamping is a separation process of metalworking, in which metal sheets are processed so that desired punched out parts are created. We offer a wide range of punching services - from single pieces to series production. Our punching line processes materials such as aluminum, steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals (copper and brass).

Details

We stamp sheets from 0.3 mm up to thicknesses of up to 6 mm. The punching line enables rectangular, square, hexagonal and round punching shapes in various sizes. Special shapes, such as logos, can be made possible in the same operation using lasers.

Maximum material thicknesses:

- Steel up to 6 mm
- Stainless steel up to 6 mm
- Aluminum up to 6 mm
- Brass up to 5 mm
- Copper up to 4 mm
- Titanium up to 5 mm
